This vacancy is on a temporary basis, and if you have successfully completed the 6 to 12 months temporary employment period, you have a chance to get a contract with our client. They are growing at a fast rate and therefore want to connect with proper employees and offer them a contract!

About the job

You will start working as a concrete caster, where your role begins with pouring concrete and assembling prefab concrete elements, much like putting together Lego blocks. These elements contain holes with steel pipes, and the concrete walls themselves also have corresponding holes. Once the walls are positioned on the correct blocks, you’ll pour concrete over them to secure the pins underneath. Your key responsibilities as a concrete caster include ensuring accurate placement of elements, performing various concrete-related tasks, and collaborating with the crane operator and your team to bring impressive projects to life across the Netherlands. As this is an outdoor job, you should be comfortable working in all weather conditions, rain or shine. Additionally, you’ll help maintain an organized construction site, keeping materials and machinery in top condition. You will inspect delivered elements for accuracy and quality while always prioritizing safety for yourself and your colleagues.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team;
Not afraid of heights;
Strong work ethic and ability to get things done;
Willingness to travel frequently and start early;
In possession of a VCA basic certificate or willing to obtain it;
Flexible and eager to learn;
You are willing to learn the Dutch language;
You're comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
