Where you'll work

This is a temporary position with a strong chance of a permanent contract after 12 months. The company is expanding rapidly and is looking for dedicated team members to grow with them.

About the job

We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join the team! You’ll learn how to operate a wide range of specialized machines and become a key player in delivering high-quality work across various locations in the Netherlands and abroad.

What you’ll do:

Operate and perform basic maintenance on machines (e.g., cleaning hoses and rotating parts);
Troubleshoot minor issues and resolve ad-hoc malfunctions;
Work dust-free: wet sanding, blasting, planing of hard surfaces;
Sanding and milling in a dust-free environment;
Wet blasting: includes water blasting, steam cleaning, and olivine cleaning.

No experience? No problem! You’ll be trained in-house to learn every technique and become confident in working independently.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a hands-on, solution-focused mentality—no 9 to 5 attitude;
Is motivated, proactive, and enjoys working in a team;
Has strong communication skills and enjoys helping colleagues and clients;
Understands the importance of working safely and responsibly;
Holds a Category B driving license;
A forklift certificate is a bonus—but we’re happy to train you!
