On the production, packaging and cell line, fresh fruit and vegetables are cleaned, sorted, packed, frozen and stored in the freezer. You will be the responsible person for internal transports relating to the storage and issue of raw materials and auxiliary materials, packaging and wrapping materials. That means that you will bring their products also in to the freezer where it is -23 degrees. Dont worry, you wont get cold because we will make sure you will get special clothes for this!
You resposibilities are:
- Ensures that processed product is transported with a forklift and/or reach truck to the racks and removes product that needs to be packaged from the racks and brings it to the correct packaging line;
- Responsible for collecting finished product in octobins and creating the corresponding receipts per product;
- Checks all boxes before use and turns them over, remaining product is removed to prevent product mixing;
- Ensures cleaning (cell, silos and sorting shaker) and scooping ice;
- Responsible for whether or not to drill the product (can be read from the planning or the order);
- Ensures pre-mixing of product and, if necessary, adding additional components;
- Can be deployed in various activities supporting the production process (both production and packaging);
- Acts in accordance with the applicable procedures in the event of a deviation in product quality and warns the shift manager/team leader if necessary;
- Thinks along in improvements for the department and reports these to the shift manager/team leader; • Work in accordance with applicable company, safety and hygiene regulations.
Your priority is to make sure everything goes according to plan. You intervene if there are deviations. Do you have expierence driving the forklift but without the right certificate, dont worry we will offer you the exam to get your certificate!
You work on the basis of 3 shifts. During the schedule you rotate morning (06:00-14:00), afternoon (14:00-22:00) and night shifts (22:00-06:00). For this you receive a good shift allowance!
