Here you make an effort to ensure that both installations work optimally. With the installation we ensure that waste becomes a potential new raw material again.

• Identifying and recording shortcomings and deviations in the production process, reporting this to the supervisor and taking appropriate measures;
• Actively participate in the improvement process of the installations and business processes;
• Check the quality of processing, sorting and/or products and report deviations to the (Head) operator;
• Identifying, preventing and separating reusable and/or disruptive materials in the installation(s);
• Performing various maintenance work on the installation;
• Keeping the workplace (environment) clean;
• Complying with and supervising compliance with KAM regulations and working safely and cleanly;
• Ensuring a safe working environment by (supervising) wearing the mandatory prescribed personal protective equipment (PPE) and (supervising) compliance with prescribed safety instructions;
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment;
• Addressing employees/third parties and taking corrective action in unsafe work situations;
• If requested, functions as operator A/B during operation in the absence and/or transfer of operator A/B.

• You are open to learn new things;
• You have knowledge of the English language in word and writing;
• You are technically trained; 
• You are willing to obtain a forklift and aerial work certificate;
• You take initiative, are not afraid to roll up your sleeves;
• You are a teamplayer;
• You are willing to work in a shift (3).

• A gross salary between €12,18 and €15,41 per hour depending on age and experience
• 108,75% for working in 2 shifts and 127% for working in 5shifts;
• 8% holiday money;
• 25 free (payed) holidays a year (when you work fulltime);
• We provide you a house close as possible to the job. We offer a private room in a house together with your colleagues. The cost for the rent is €155 per week included water, electricity, gas and internet. The rent we will hold on a weekly base from your salary;
