The world of internal transport equipment no longer holds any secrets for the owner of our customer Beekmans Heftrucks. By following a training course he entered the world of internal transport equipment at an early age. From apprentice mechanic to service manager, he had already spent several years in this industry before starting Beekmans Heftrucks.

After working for an employer for a number of years, he decided it was time to start his own business. Initially, the owner wanted to pursue his hobby by specializing in a motorcycle and quad business, but he quickly discovered that the private market was not for him. Through contact with old customers, he realized that his opportunities and ambitions lay within internal transport.

In December 2015, Beekmans Heftrucks B.V. founded in Nieuwkuijk with a building parallel to the A59, a busy highway. He started with just a van with tools and Beekmans Heftrucks advertising on the facade. Partly due to this advertising and unstoppable motivation, Beekmans Heftrucks has grown into a healthy company.

Our client's team consists of the best people, with the best qualities, but you can certainly call them idiosyncratic. This unleashes the rebellious in them with outspoken opinions, to go the extra mile every day. This makes the team unique, diverse and challenging.
Our customer can tell you all kinds of things about how they are the warehouse provider in the Netherlands. But they know this and for convenience they assume that you already know this too. By exercising together twice a week and just when you think, I'm doing well, we ruin this again on Friday afternoon with our nice drinks, as we said before, a bit rebellious. We are looking for trainees who want to get the best out of themselves. In addition, it is a bonus if you have the Beekmans DNA! Does this sound like music to your ears and are we interested? Great, that's what we want! Do you not have much experience yet, but are you very handy? Then read on, our customer is looking for handy go-getters and you will be teached the rest.

What are you going to do:

• Maintenance, repairs and inspections of various brands and types of internal transport equipment;
• Troubleshooting malfunctions of various internal transport equipment;
• Handling the transaction with the customer, including completing the digital work order;
• Keeping the service vehicles and workshop in order;
• All other common work in the workshop.

We are looking for:

• A handy person who knows how to tackle things and would like to learn the technical profession;
• You have a technical degree and would like to learn to become a allround mechanic;
• People that are willing to take additional courses such as: inspector diploma for internal transport equipment, forklift certificate and VCA certificate;
• Some knowledge or affinity with technology, automation and software;
• Can work independently as well as in a team.

This vacancy is on a temporary basis, and if you have successfully completed the 12-month temporary employment period, you have a chance to get a contract with our client.
